FAQ's

I’ve entered my order number but it’s not accepting it.

Please double-check that you’ve entered your order number exactly as it appears on your confirmation email (including the #). If you still receive an error, your order may have been placed through one of our stockists or another platform (such as eBay or Wolf & Badger), which means it won’t be recognised in our system.

If that’s not the case, please contact our Customer Care team at shop@eribe.com and we’ll be happy to help.

I’m a US customer – it doesn’t allow me to return my order.

At the moment, our online returns portal only supports UK returns. If you’re based in the US or outside the UK, please contact our Customer Care team at shop@eribe.com for help arranging your return or exchange manually.

How long do returns take to process?

Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete. During busy periods, this may take a little longer, thank you for your patience.

My return has been delivered — why haven’t I heard anything yet?

Returns are processed in the order they arrive and can take a few days to work through. Once your return has been checked and approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If it’s been more than 7 working days since delivery, please contact us so we can investigate.
