We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we accept returns made on our website up to 14 days from when you receive your item(s).
To return an item, please submit your return via our Returns Portal. You will be guided through the process and provided with the correct return address and instructions.
UK Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you
may return item(s) purchased via our website within 14 days of receiving the
goods.
Please note that items purchased in our showroom must be
returned in person and cannot be returned by post. This is due to the way
showroom refunds are processed.
For this reason, in-store returns or exchanges are not
available for online purchases.
We kindly ask customers to ensure returns are made via the
original point of purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges
from ERIBÉ garments purchased at a retailer. If you have any concerns, please
contact the store directly.
Order Cancellation & Amendments Policy
Please check your order carefully before completing
your purchase.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any amendments to your
order. This includes changes to the size, colour, shipping address or payment
method.
If you made a mistake please contact us as soon as possible
and we will do our very best to cancel your order before it is
processed. However, this may not be possible, especially during our
busiest periods when orders move quickly through our fulfilment system.
We will make every effort to assist, but we cannot
guarantee that cancellations can be made once fulfilment has begun.
RETURN YOUR ORDER
To return an item, please submit your return via our Returns Portal. You will be guided through the process and provided with the correct return address and instructions.
Returns must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Until the item arrives safely with us, it remains your responsibility. ERIBÉ cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
All items must be returned in their original condition and with reasonable care
taken.
Please make sure the item is not visibly worn, damaged, marked in any way,
washed, or scented.
If we receive returned goods that are in an unsaleable condition we will not
offer a refund or an exchange.
If you have received a promotional item along with your order this will have to
be returned along with items.
EXCHANGES
We are not able to accept exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or item, please return the item(s) to us and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition, we will then issue a refund.
We reserve the right to make deductions to your refund if any item is found
unsaleable.
Refund will be issued within 5 working days of ERIBÉ receiving the goods. Please note that refunds can take between 3-5 days to appear back in your bank account.
USA & Canada Returns
