Returns & Exchanges

Following the EU Consumer Contracts Regulation implemented on 13th June 2014. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel, return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving the goods.
CANCEL YOUR ORDER
- Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 14 working days of the day after you receive the goods, to ERIBÉ Knitwear Ltd. You may write to us by post at: ERIBÉ Knitwear Ltd., Unit 10, Huddersfield St, Galashiels, TD1 3BF, Scotland, UK or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use this cancellation form.
RETURN YOUR ORDER
- Please enclose your completed returns form, which you will find enclosed with your order. If you have lost your form you can download it here.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us in the case of an order cancellation, exchange and return.
- You may use any method of return shipping as long as it is tracked and requires a signature upon its arrival back to ERIBÉ Knitwear Ltd. Until the product arrives back at our office it is considered your property. If your package gets lost in the post, ERIBÉ are not liable to refund or exchange you.
- You must take reasonable care of it and return it to us in a condition that allows us to re-sell the item
- Please make sure the item is not visibly worn, damaged, marked in anyway, washed or smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder.

- If we receive returned goods that are in an unsaleable condition we will not offer a refund or an exchange.
- If you have a received a promotional item along with your order this will have to be returned along with items.
- Once we have received the goods and checked they are in a re-saleable condition, we will then either issue a refund or exchange the item for a different item.
- We reserve the right to make deductions to your refund if any item is found unsaleable
- We will refund your initial shipping costs if there are any
- Refund will be issued within 14 days of ERIBÉ receiving the goods. Please note that refunds can take between 3-5 days to appear back in your bank account.
